In Radochen, an equestrian boarding facility for up to 13 horses was established on an agricultural property. Various measures were implemented as part of the project. Firstly, a covered riding arena and adjacent horse stalls were newly constructed. Furthermore, a secondary building was renovated to accommodate seminar rooms, an office, a rider’s lounge, sanitary facilities, and additional rooms. Additionally, a vacation apartment was set up. The outdoor facilities were also designed, including the installation of a photovoltaic system for energy generation, a rainwater storage tank for irrigation purposes, and a horse bathing pond. We acted as the general planner for this project and were responsible for its complete implementation.
