Lorenz Consult was commissioned as part of the general planning consortium to provide general planning coordination, structural engineering, and HVAC planning services for the administrative building of the corporate headquarters of via donau – Austrian Waterway Corporation. The general planning included the design and coordination of all relevant trades, ranging from architecture to building services. The result is a high-quality administrative building that perfectly meets the requirements of via donau, providing a functional and pleasant working environment.
