Lorenz Consult was responsible for the construction supervision of the warehouse expansion project for Fresenius-Kabi. The existing warehouse was expanded to increase storage and picking capacities. Leveraging its core competence in logistics construction planning, particularly in the field of cleanrooms and pharmaceuticals, Lorenz Consult took on the role of general planning and on-site construction supervision.
