The project involves the consolidation of the media campus and includes the multimedia newsroom (MMNR), editorial departments, the radio station Ö3, and the radio station Ö1. The MMNR integrates production and broadcasting technology with the editorial departments. The new building will be constructed at the level of the dismantled assembly hall and spans the underlying floors of the storage area, underground parking, and AGR.

The office and production areas of Ö3 are located towards Elisabethallee. A common main access and an elevator group of the MMNR connect the building to the underground parking and ground floor. The existing entrance portal is integrated and allows for visitor tours. The technical supply is provided through a shared technical center. Object 8 comprises both reinforced concrete and steel structures. Lorenz Consult is responsible for on-site construction supervision during the renovation of the media site at Küniglberg.
