We were responsible for on-site construction supervision during the renovation and remodeling of the protected historic administration building of LKH Graz. The Jugendstil building, constructed between 1908 and 1912, underwent a reorganization to accommodate various administrative offices of different departments. The renovation was conducted in collaboration with the State Conservatory, ensuring that parts of the original structure, such as the library and seminar room, remained unchanged.

The northern part of the building was redesigned to update sanitary facilities, social areas, and ancillary rooms. Measures for fire safety and emergency escape routes were also implemented. The building’s technical systems and electrical installations were upgraded to current standards. Lorenz Consult provided on-site construction supervision throughout the entire project.
