As part of the project, the location in Mürzzuschlag was developed into a modern health and care center through the construction of the State Nursing Center (LPZ). Lorenz Consult was responsible for project management and project control in the construction of the LPZ.

We actively contributed to the implementation of the construction project. Our task was to efficiently coordinate the project and ensure that all necessary steps were carried out on time and smoothly. Through our professional project management, we were able to ensure the quality of the State Nursing Center and ensure successful completion.
